You will also engage prospects via LinkedIn and maintain CRM records. The position requires strong English communication, 2 years of call center experience, and a results-driven attitude to meet productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years call center experience required.
• Outbound sales and/or outbound appointment setting experience required (minimum 1 year preferred).
• LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong conversational sales skills.
• Comfortable handling live customer conversations and overcoming objections.
• Ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and willingness to continuously improve.

Position Summary

The Voice Client Engagement Agent is responsible for engaging prospective clients through outbound telephone outreach, handling transfers from AI-powered voice agents, qualifying prospects, answering questions, and scheduling appointments for Entrepreneur's Source coaches.
