Job summary

Select VoiceCom is recruiting outbound sales agents in Cebu IT Park to join our American and Australian-owned call center team. You will deliver a memorized, one-page sales presentation on every call and work toward meeting and surpassing sales objectives in a collaborative setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of outbound BPO experience, excellent English, a neutral accent, and the ability to work night shifts on-site.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of continuous outbound sales experience in a BPO.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
• Ability to memorize and deliver a one-page sales presentation.
• Willingness to work night shifts and on-site at Cebu IT Park.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and capable of teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a memorized one-page sales presentation confidently and consistently on every call

Overview

The client is an established school folder advertising company connecting local businesses with schools and families across the U.S.

We're looking for driven, English-fluent sales agents to join our outbound sales-call team.

What You'll Do

• Deliver a memorized one-page sales presentation confidently and consistently on every call
• Make a minimum of 130 outbound calls per shift that result in meeting sales objectives
• Send a minimum of 15 outbound emails per shift
• Complete all assigned daily tasks on time
• Work collaboratively with your team while striving to hit and exceed individual targets

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of continuous outbound sales experience in a BPO company is required (B2B is a plus, but not required)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Neutral accent
• Money-motivated with a strong desire to earn based on performance
• Ability to memorize and deliver a one-page sales presentation
• Competitive drive to win, balanced with strong teamwork
• Self-motivated: sets personal goals and consistently meets objectives
• Self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant oversight
• Reliably follows instructions and established processes
• Comfortable using productivity software such as Google Docs
• Able and willing to work night shift hours
• Able and willing to work on-site
