Job summary

Sézane, the first French fashion brand born online, is seeking a Visual Merchandiser Sales Advisor for our Brentwood Country Mart store in Santa Monica, CA. The role combines VM leadership (20 hours/week) with hands-on sales (15 hours/week) to deliver an inspiring customer experience.

You will maintain store image, train teams on VM standards, manage displays and materials, handle payments and inventory, and collaborate with leadership to drive commercial results.

Responsibilities

• Be the guardian of the store's image in line with merchandising guidelines.

• Disseminate VM information and train teams on VM standards.
• Oversee POS advertising, merchandising materials, and post-renovation displays.
• Deliver a unique customer experience and be an ambassador for omnichannel approach.
• Ensure payments, returns, reservations, and inventory processes run smoothly.
