Responsibilities

• VM Fundamentals: communicate VM directions to PH store teams and ensure global standards.
• Main point of contact for PH store VM teams to uphold VM standards.
• Provide support for inquiries and issues.
• Track feedback from weekly store visits and ensure timely execution.
• Assess store conditions and provide VM support to maximize sales.
• Coordinate VM training sessions with Retail Training team for consistency.
• Support PH new store openings or requests.
• Organize regular VM meetings to align on action plans.
• Manage PH VM budget and equipment by collecting store requests and forwarding to Global HQ.
