The role involves maintaining VM calendars, coordinating with brand principals and store teams, and supervising display production and installation to ensure timely, high-quality executions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, interior design, fine arts or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in Visual Merchandising, preferably in premium or luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of VM concepts, brand identity, storytelling, and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning and execution of window and in-store displays and lightboxes.
• Develops and maintains an annual VM calendar per brand aligned with global calendar.
• Orders, sources, and manages props, fixtures, and display materials as needed.
• Supervises production and installation of displays for timely, high-quality execution.
• Coordinates with Operations for repairs and VM inventory management.
• Maintains VM guidelines, mood boards, and reference materials per brand.
• Provides training to store teams on VM display upkeep.
