Focus Global Inc. is seeking a Jr. Visual Merchandiser to elevate luxury home brands through innovative in-store concepts and events.

You will collaborate with VM and Marketing to design campaigns, plan window displays, and oversee inventory while ensuring visual standards align with business goals. A design degree and strong creative sense are essential, with 2+ years in design/VM preferred.

This role offers hands-on exposure to high-end styling and brand storytelling within a dynamic team.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, or equivalent.

Mansioni

Collaborating with the VM and Marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and execute in-house events, PR kits, and gifts aimed at promoting our brands to both existing and new clients, as well as trade partners
Creating and implementing innovative and artistic concepts and layouts for video shoots and photoshoots
Continuously brainstorming fresh ideas for window and in-store designs to captivate our audience
Managing inventory and ensuring efficient monitoring
Working closely with the marketing department to develop and execute compelling marketing and advertising strategies aimed at attracting more customers and driving increased sales and profitability
