Job summary

SM Store is seeking a dynamic Visual Merchandiser to design and maintain engaging merchandise displays that attract customers and boost seasonal sales. You will create VM proposals and ensure adherence to guidelines from the SBU VM Head Office.

Collaborating closely with Operations, you will optimize display areas across windows, entrances and in-store setups, and plan the necessary collateral for each campaign, ensuring compelling visuals align with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Styling or Graphic / Interior Design related field is an advantage.
• 1- 2 years of experience in performing Visual Display in a retail industry set up or similar industry

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt visual merchandising proposals / concept developments according to the guidelines set by the SBU VM Head Office
• Enhance the look of SBU display areas (windows, MVP, entrances, lobby, atrium, mall and outdoor setups) based on approved standards and guidelines
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure best in practice visual presentation is always in place
• Determine required collateral and allocation for the store per campaign / program
