You will oversee VM planning, asset management, and staff training, ensuring premium presentation, cost control, and timely seasonal updates across all locations.

This role emphasizes hands-on execution, strict adherence to VM guidelines, and cross‑functional collaboration with mall management, engineering, and warehouse teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in visual merchandising and in-store concept development.

Aufgaben

• Plan layouts and visual zoning; coordinate hero SKU placement and seasonal themes.
• Ensure stores follow VM guidelines; conduct monthly visits and submit reports.
• Lead seasonal store setup/dismantling; coordinate with Eng, Warehouse, Admin, mall mgmt.
• Oversee asset modules, fixtures, signages, and warehouse labeling.
• Train store staff on VM standards and customer service before peak seasons.
