Job summary

Our|Home is seeking a Visual Display Specialist to uphold our visual display standards across store locations. You will blend creative styling with business sense to turn high-traffic zones into compelling product showcases that drive engagement and sales.

The role connects Merchandising and Operations to ensure consistent brand presentation and innovative merchandise placement, while training store teams and supporting marketing events. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience as Visual Merchandiser or related role.
Strong understanding of room staging, lifestyle vignettes, floor layout, color harmony, and space planning.
Ability to review SKU performance, category trends, and sales metrics to inform displays.
Excellent verbal and written communication to train store teams and coordinate across departments.
Self-motivated problem solver thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Execute and style merchandise presentations across key store zones.
Implement display layouts per brand manual and stage scenes with POSM.
Monitor and maintain display quality to ensure brand consistency across branches.
Collaborate with Merchandising and Store Operations to optimize product presentation and inventory movement.
