Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced VisionPLUS Test Lead to drive software testing and QA for banking and financial services projects.

You will lead testing teams, develop comprehensive test plans, and ensure high-quality delivery with strong knowledge of VisionPLUS CMS, FAS, and TRAMS. The role requires hands-on VisionPLUS testing, SQL backend validation, and leadership in hybrid mode (2 days onsite per week) in Mandaluyong, Philippines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software testing experience including 3+ years of hands-on VisionPLUS testing.

We are looking for an experienced VisionPLUS Test Lead to lead software testing and quality assurance activities for banking and financial services projects. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on VisionPLUS testing experience, strong knowledge of credit card management systems, and proven leadership skills in managing testing teams and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Work Setup: Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software testing and quality assurance for VisionPLUS implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage, mentor, and coordinate testing team members to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Supervise manual testing of VisionPLUS modules, including CMS, FAS, and TRAMS.
• Validate credit card lifecycle processes, including issuance, authorization, settlement, billing, and collections.
• Perform backend data validation using SQL and troubleshoot mainframe jobs.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, solution architects, and infrastructure teams.
• Lead defect triage sessions, monitor issue resolution, and prepare test progress reports.
• Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and production readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of software testing experience, including 3 years of hands-on VisionPLUS testing experience.
• Proven experience leading testing teams and managing large-scale banking projects.
• Strong knowledge of VisionPLUS modules such as CMS, FAS, and TRAMS.
• In-depth knowledge of credit card management and processing.
• Proficiency in SQL for backend validation.
• Experience with mainframe navigation, job submission, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar test management tools.
• Knowledge of core banking operations; personal loans and debit card processing experience is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
