Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a VisionPLUS Test Lead in Mandaluyong City to head software testing and QA for banking and financial services projects.

The role requires extensive VisionPLUS testing experience and strong leadership to manage testing teams and ensure high-quality software delivery. Work setup is Hybrid with 2 days onsite per week, midshift 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and a contract duration of 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of software testing experience, with 3 years hands-on VisionPLUS testing.
• Experience leading testing teams on large banking projects.
• Strong knowledge of VisionPLUS modules: CMS, FAS, TRAMS.
• Proficient in SQL for backend validation and mainframe job troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing and QA for VisionPLUS implementations.
• Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases from requirements.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Mentor and coordinate testing staff to ensure quality delivery.
• Supervise manual testing of VisionPLUS modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS).
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and infra teams.
• Lead defect triage, track issues, and report progress.
• Ensure test coverage and production readiness.
• Identify improvements to testing processes and QA practices.
