Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. seeks an experienced Test Lead to oversee end-to-end testing of VisionPLUS implementations in banking and financial services.

You will translate high-level requirements into test strategies, lead a testers team, and act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical execution teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Qualifications

• Proven track record in testing VisionPLUS packaged software within banking/fintech.
• Strong domain knowledge of Credit Card Management.
• Experience leading QA teams and defining test strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and end-to-end testing for VisionPLUS modules.
• Translate business requirements into test strategies and plans.
• Mentor testers and manage multi-module test executions.
• Report metrics, risks, and readiness to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and test automation where applicable.
