Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced VisionPLUS Test Lead to drive software testing and QA for banking and financial services projects.

You will lead testing teams, develop comprehensive test plans, and ensure high-quality delivery with strong knowledge of VisionPLUS CMS, FAS, and TRAMS. The role requires hands-on VisionPLUS testing, SQL backend validation, and leadership in hybrid mode (2 days onsite per week) in Mandaluyong, Philippines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software testing experience including 3+ years of hands-on VisionPLUS testing.
• Proven experience leading testing teams on large banking projects.
• Strong knowledge of VisionPLUS modules CMS, FAS, TRAMS and credit card processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software testing and QA for VisionPLUS implementations.
• Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases from requirements.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
