Job summary

Dikshatek Technologies seeks an experienced Test Lead to drive end-to-end QA strategy for VisionPLUS implementations in banking. You will lead a team of QA engineers, own test planning, and coordinate with Project Managers and Architects to ensure quality across modules.

The role requires 6+ years in software testing, with 3+ years on VisionPLUS CMS/FAS/TRAMS, strong Mainframe (JCL) and SQL skills, and proficiency with JIRA.

Qualifications

• 6+ years total software testing with 3+ years VisionPLUS experience.
• Deep credit card management and card lifecycle knowledge.
• Hands-on Mainframe (JCL, job submission) and SQL validation.
• Leads test teams and uses test management tools like JIRA.
• Retail banking or consumer lending experience helpful.
• Exposure to QA automation and CI/CD testing.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with matching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and direct a team of testers across the full QA lifecycle—defining test approaches.
• Oversee test coverage for VisionPLUS modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS) and validate core processes.
• Translate banking requirements into detailed test strategies and test cases.
• Lead defect triage, track metrics, root-cause analysis, and ensure rapid resolution pre-production.
• Serve as primary QA contact for PMs, BAs, and Solution Architects with clear reporting.
• Identify gaps, advocate automation, and implement QA best practices to speed delivery.
