Job summary

Meaningful Banking From Metrobank in Cebu City, Philippines seeks a Branch Sales Officer to drive card acquisition across Visayas. You’ll collaborate with Metrobank branches, PSBank, and partner channels to grow the credit card portfolio, service branches, and deliver performance updates.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in card acquisition growth and growth strategy execution.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple branches and partner units.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate designated card acquisition targets monthly, quarterly, and annually using all channels including Branch Sales and own-sourced applications.
• Create masterplans to achieve targets and monitor execution of these plans.
• Submit reports to branches and management ensuring quality turn-ins and approvals.
• Conduct regular sales and product briefings to branches and communicate campaigns and policies in a timely manner.
• Develop training materials and conduct branch personnel training for pass rates and approval rates.
