Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Junior Officer to drive credit card acquisition through consultative selling across multiple models, including corporate partnerships and on-site booth activities in offices and strategic locations in Metro Manila. You will work within the CBS - Credit Card Sales Division to meet targets and promote digital onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling and acquiring credit card applications.
• Ability to work toward monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
• Experience in digital channel onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve card acquisition targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Promote digital application fulfillment.
• Identify acquisition opportunities through corporate programs, partnerships, and other channels.
• Generate quality turn-ins, approvals, and CPA per metrics.
• Manage Premium vs Non-Premium card mix.
• Provide periodic competitive reports to head office.
• Escalate issues that may create bank risk.
• Perform any other assigned projects or responsibilities.

Job Summary:

The position is responsible for soliciting credit card applications through consultative selling via different acquisitions models e.g. corporate selling and partnerships, booth selling activities in offices and in strategic locations, along with other similar acquisition activities set by the Management.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures the achievement of card acquisition targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis utilizing all available resources to maximize sales opportunities and drive program execution.
• Promote the adoption of digital application fulfillment.
• Pro-actively participates in the identification of acquisition opportunities in alternative channels such as Corporate engagement programs, partnerships, collaborations to differentiate Metrobank vs competition.
• Generate quality turn-ins, approval and CPA, based on the agreed metrics.
• Manage the ratio of Premium to Non-Premium card acquisition.
• Periodic competitive reports and trends to be provided to head office based on insights, feedback and observations on ground.
• Escalate issues to his Immediate Supervisor/ Unit Head that may result to Bank risk.
• Perform projects/ responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
