Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales in the Visayas region for heavy equipment and industrial plant solutions. You will lead business development, manage key accounts, and coordinate with service teams to ensure top-tier after-sales support.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in construction equipment, with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management. Willingness to travel and base Cebu area is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant sales/business development experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, or industrial solutions.
• Experience with asphalt plants, concrete batching plants, or similar equipment is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth and achieve sales targets across Visayas.
• Develop new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, and infrastructure companies.
• Lead sales strategies for asphalt and concrete mixing plants.
• Monitor market trends, projects, and competitor activities.
• Work closely with the Regional Sales GM, service, and parts teams.
• Ensure excellent customer and after-sales support.
