The role requires strong English proficiency, HIPAA awareness, and excellent communication. Time Doctor is used for productivity tracking and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Medical billing or healthcare VA experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification and claims is a plus.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

NOW HIRING: VIRTUAL MEDICAL BILLER

For Counselling & Pediatric Practices

Vital Virtuals Global HR is looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Medical VA to join our growing healthcare team!

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and assist patients professionally
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient information
• Manage referrals, faxes, and medical records
• Explain insurance benefits to patients
• Coordinate with providers and clinical staff
• Handle billing-related and administrative tasks
• Perform accurate data entry and documentation
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance

Compensation

• $5/hour – First 90 Days
• $6/hour – After 90 Days
• Biweekly Pay via Wise

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Medical Billing, Medical Receptionist, Or Healthcare VA Experience Preferred
• Experience with insurance verification and claims is a plus
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• EHR/EMR experience is a plus
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Willing to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop
