You will work with HIPAA-compliant practices and assist with denials and follow-ups. The position requires excellent English communication, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work night shifts.

• HIPAA Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound calls with patients, providers, and insurers.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling inquiries.
• Assist with claim denials and follow-ups.
• Correct denial claims and resubmit as needed.
• Submit electronic and paper claims to primary, secondary, and third‑party insurers.
• Record and verify explanations of benefits (EOB).
• Provide admin support: data entry, insurance verification, follow-ups, authorizations, and collections on balances.
