You will handle calls, verify coverage, manage referrals, and enter data accurately while using Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Medical billing, medical receptionist, or healthcare VA experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification and claims is a plus.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• EHR/EMR experience is a plus.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
• Willing to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and assist patients professionally
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient information
• Manage referrals, faxes, and medical records
• Explain insurance benefits to patients
• Coordinate with providers and clinical staff
• Handle billing-related and administrative tasks

Compensation

$5/hour – First 90 Days
$6/hour – After 90 Days
Biweekly Pay via Wise
