Staffing For Doctors is seeking a compassionate Virtual Patient Care Coordinator to manage the virtual front office for a private-pay practice. You will answer live calls, explain services, screen eligibility, and discuss out-of-pocket costs in a compliant manner.

The role requires experience in psychiatry/behavioral health or private-pay clinics, excellent English, and strong scheduling and billing skills. A remote-friendly setup and PST-aligned hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Psychiatry or Behavioral Health admin preferred.
• Fluent English with a professional phone presence.
• Experience discussing private-pay fees and reimbursements.
• Proficient with multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer live patient calls with warmth and clarity.
• Explain services, assess eligibility, and route inquiries appropriately.
• Discuss private-pay rates and collect payments per guidelines.
• Schedule consultations and manage provider calendars without overbooking.
• Monitor messages across EHR, secure messaging, email, and tasks.
