Job summary

Dragon Royale Gaming and Development Corp. is seeking a Player Acquisition Officer to support Marketing in growing the premium player base, reactivating inactive players, and driving loyalty and gaming revenue.

You will coordinate VIP experiences and build relationships with corporate partners and referral networks. The role emphasizes identifying new opportunities, executing targeted campaigns, and ensuring exceptional guest service while complying with regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in casino marketing, player development, business development, sales, hospitality, or CRM.
• Experience handling VIP or premium clients is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Casino Management Systems.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and develop new premium and high-value players through networking, referrals, direct client engagement, and promotional activities.
• Develop and implement initiatives to reactivate inactive and dormant players through personalized communication, exclusive offers, promotions, and special events.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective and returning players to support business growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, tour operators, and other referral partners to generate qualified player leads.
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with assigned premium and high-value players.
• Serve as the primary point of contact before, during, and after each casino visit.
• Maintain regular communication through calls, messages, emails, and personal meetings to strengthen player loyalty, encourage repeat visitation, and re-engage inactive players.
• Coordinate VIP arrangements, including hotel accommodations, transportation, dining reservations, airport transfers, and special guest requests.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, tournaments, entertainment events, and promotional activities.
• Achieve assigned targets for player acquisition, reactivation, visitation, and gaming revenue.
