The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, reactivating inactive players, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring compliance with PAGCOR and AMLA regulations, Responsible Gaming, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in casino marketing, player development, or related field.
• Experience handling VIP or premium clients is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Casino Management Systems.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and develop new premium and high-value players through networking and promotional activities.
• Reactivate inactive players through personalized communication and exclusive offers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective and returning players to support growth.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, and other partners to generate leads.
• Maintain long-term relationships with assigned premium players.
• Serve as the primary contact before, during, and after casino visits.
• Maintain regular communication to strengthen loyalty and drive visitation.
• Coordinate VIP arrangements including accommodations and transport.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and events.
• Achieve targets for player acquisition, reactivation, visitation, and gaming revenue.
