Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a VIP Host Team Leader (Online Gaming / iGaming) to supervise and mentor a VIP hosting team in Parañaque, onsite, on shifting schedules. You will drive player satisfaction, retention, and high-value engagement by coaching staff and leveraging data insights.

You will oversee dashboard creation, performance reporting, and actionable strategies while coordinating with Operations, Product, and QA to resolve VIP concerns and optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2 years in online casino or gaming VIP services
• 1 year in team leadership or supervisory role
• Experience with dashboards and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support VIP Hosts to hit team performance targets.
• Improve VIP retention, engagement, and service quality.
• Guide the team in delivering personalized player support, incentives, and outreach.
• Monitor team KPIs, service quality, and conversion performance to identify improvements.
• Develop dashboards, analyze performance reports, and translate insights into actions.
• Handle escalated VIP concerns and coordinate with Operations, Product, and QA teams
