Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. is seeking a VIP relations/customer service associate to support club members with exceptional service and facilitate promos with Marketing and Slot Machine teams. The role includes member onboarding, site inspections, order verifications, and DPTR management.

You will assist VIPs with redemptions, monitor jackpots and payouts, and report incidents to branch leadership while maintaining professional presentation and strong communication with guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s or equivalent.
• 1-year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required; casino industry is good to have.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Render good customer service to club members.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Slot Machine Technical Teams on promo implementations.
• Assist new members in signing up and educating them on the cashless system.
• Conduct regular site inspections.
• F&B monitoring for signing and verification of orders.
• Encode, counterchecking and validations of order slips.
• Issuance of car parking validation to VIP members.
• Coordinate the implementation of Marketing & Promotion activities with the Marketing Department.
• Assist VIP members in item redemptions and redemption of raffle tickets.
• Handle the Daily Player Tracking Record (DPTR).
• Text updates of Grand and Major Jackpots, including big payouts.
• Report to Branch Head on incidents, jackpots and repairs at the site.
• Assist PAGCOR staff whenever needed.
• Maintain good outlook presentation and establish rapport with VIP members and guests.
• Take minutes for weekly coordinated meetings.

• Assist new members in signing up and educating them on how to use membership cards through our cashless system
• Conduct regular site inspection
• F&B monitoring for signing and verification of orders
• Encoding, counterchecking and validations of order slips
• Issuance of car parking validation to VIP members
• Coordinate the implementation of Marketing & Promotion activities with the Marketing Department
• Assist VIP members in Item Redemptions and Redemption of Raffle Tickets
• Handles the Daily Player Tracking Record or DPTR
• Text updates of Grand and Major Jackpots, including Big Payouts of P50,000 and above
• Report to Branch Head, incidents, jackpots and repair needed at the site
• Assist PAGCOR staff whenever the need arises
• Good outlook presentation
• Establish good rapport with VIP members and guests
• Task in doing the minutes (weekly coordinated weekly meeting)
