Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a VIP Host Team Leader (Online Gaming / iGaming) to supervise and mentor a VIP hosting team in Parañaque, onsite, on shifting schedules. You will drive player satisfaction, retention, and high-value engagement by coaching staff and leveraging data insights.

You will oversee dashboard creation, performance reporting, and actionable strategies while coordinating with Operations, Product, and QA to resolve VIP concerns and optimize service delivery.

About the Role

Salary: ₱40,000–₱60,000
Location: Parañaque City | Onsite

We're looking for an experienced VIP Host Team Leader (Online Gaming / iGaming)to lead a team responsible for supporting and retaining high-value players in the online gaming industry. You'll help improve player satisfaction, strengthen VIP relationships, and drive team performance through effective coaching and data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support VIP Hosts to achieve team performance targets.
• Improve VIP player retention, engagement, and overall service experience.
• Guide the team in delivering personalized player support, incentives, and outreach activities.
• Monitor team KPIs, service quality, and conversion performance to identify improvements.
• Develop dashboards, analyze performance reports, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Handle escalated VIP concerns and coordinate with Operations, Product, and QA teams.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in online casino or gaming VIP services or operations.
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of VIP retention, player engagement, betting behavior, and player lifetime value.
• Hands-on experience in dashboard development, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong communication, coaching, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Parañaque on shifting schedules.

Nice to Have

• Experience using CRM or customer service management systems.
• Familiarity with VIP loyalty programs and player outreach tools.
• Experience implementing player retention and reactivation strategies.
