Job summary

Solaire Resort in Quezon City is seeking a Premium Services Host to deliver exceptional VIP guest experiences on the gaming floor. You will identify regular and potential customers and provide high levels of service to encourage repeat visits.

You will build strong relationships, anticipate needs, resolve issues, and coordinate with the Premium Services team to arrange bookings, arrivals, and exclusive events.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills essential for VIP guest interactions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English for diverse guest needs.
• Willingness to work staggered shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure VIP guest needs on the gaming floor are met and handled properly.
• Identify regular and potential customers and provide high standards of customer service.
• Build strong relationships to support acquisition, growth and retention.
• Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues immediately.
• Identify valuable customers and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Report incidents to the Premium Services Shift Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of company files and documents.
• Follow company policies in all interactions and report suspicious activities.
• Offer complimentary F&B vouchers, room stays, and other perks based on activity.
• Assist VIP guests with table, slots, and salon reservations.
• Prepare and update guest arrivals and departures and airport pickups.
• Record and update guest interactions in the Player 360 system.
• Invite guests to promotions, events, tournaments, and offers.
• Gather feedback to support event development and incentives.
