Position Summary

The Senior Host, Loyalty Marketing plays a key role in the development and implementation of City of Dreams Manila Loyalty Marketing. Coordinate and assist with all initiatives to drive patronage into the property and updates market research. This role is also responsible for providing on-site support and assistance during the event whenever necessary.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assists in implementing the day to day resorts promotional activities and events that drives visitation.
• Assists the Assistant Manager in preparing the program documentation, such as creative brief, legal document, proposal and report summary.
• Assists the Assistant Manager in compiling post promotion program data for evaluation.
• Have a full understanding of all promotional details and handles internal and external enquiries effectively.
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach in dealing with internal and external parties.
• Conduct market research as instructed and obtain other market intelligences for Management.
• Monitors launched programs to ensure all procedures and policies are implemented as planned.

Qualifications

I. Experience

• Minimum 1-year experience in the gaming industry
• Relevant previous work experience

II. Education

Degree holder in Marketing major

III. Skills / Competencies

• Excellent communication skills with strong customer service orientation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good data archiving skill is needed
• Fluent in spoken & written English, knowledge of spoken other languages is advantageous
• Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Office)
• Ability to maintain confidentially and action sensitive issues with discretion
