Vertical Talent Solution is seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Coordinator in the Philippines to manage complex itineraries and bookings. You will handle flights, hotels, rail, and car rentals while using Amadeus GDS for ticketing, exchanges, and schedule changes.

Strong English communication and 5+ years of GDS experience are essential, with preference for those accustomed to international itineraries and corporate guidelines. The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and VIP service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Amadeus GDS experience with strong native Amadeus skills.
• Experience with international itineraries, ticketing, and exchanges.
• 2+ years Corporate Travel experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with online booking tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, rail, and car rentals.
• Manage Amadeus GDS, PNRs, queues, ticketing, exchanges, and schedule changes.
• Provide cost-effective travel options based on client and corporate guidelines.
• Handle client requests, changes, and concerns via phone and email.
• Coordinate with hotels and travel vendors to secure accommodations and services.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of bookings, tickets, invoices, and travel documents.
• Deliver excellent service to corporate and VIP travelers.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail, especially with complex itineraries.
• Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and turnaround-time expectations.
• Follow account procedures and corporate travel policies.
