Qualifications

• Deep understanding of domestic and international travel, fare rules, and reservations.
• Excellent communication with personalized, empathetic service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.
• Experience with online booking tools and quick adaptation to new systems.
• Familiarity with North American customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for VIP clients (CEO, CFO, COO) via phone, chat, and email.
• Deliver end-to-end travel support with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Handle travel requests accurately while following corporate policies and standards.
• Provide expert consultation on fares, routing, and travel regulations.
• Coordinate air, rail, hotel, and car bookings using creative problem-solving.
• Maintain high attention to detail and proactively resolve travel issues.
• Adhere to productivity, quality, attendance, and workflow standards.
• Perform effectively in high-pressure environments and adapt quickly.
• Share best practices and support colleagues to foster teamwork.
