MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring a Senior Corporate Travel Agent for 100% remote work from home. The role covers complex international bookings with Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo, requiring 10+ years of GDS experience and a corporate travel background.

You will support VIPs and groups, ensure accurate PNRs, and handle emails and calls during US business hours. Fluent English is essential; a reliable remote setup is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of deep GDS work (ticketing, exchanges, refunds).
• Proven corporate-agency background with corporate clients.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong grasp of fare ladders, commissions, alliances, group travel, and airport ops.
• Reliable remote setup with quiet space, fast internet, and a secure workstation.

Responsibilities

• Build, ticket, exchange, and refund complex air/hotel/ground bookings in Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo while reading fare-calc lines.
• Manage VIP and group movements (10+ seats, room blocks, sports rosters).
• Clear queue checks to ensure zero-error PNRs; no canned scripts.
• Own the inbox—write clear, on-brand emails; hop on calls when needed.
• Re-accommodate during IRROPS; understand airline debit memos and how to avoid them.
• Share knowledge; admit mistakes; update the playbook so the team grows.
