The role requires 3–5 years in travel consultancy, proficiency with Amadeus or Sabre GDS, and strong customer service, communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field.
• 3–5 years in travel consultancy or similar role.
• Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while providing excellent service.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel advisories, and local regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and technologies.
• Process payments and manage bookings efficiently using the GDS system.
