Job summary

ESOL IT SERVICES INC. in the Philippines is seeking a VIP Corporate Travel Consultant to manage complex travel for executive travelers. The role focuses on supporting C-level executives and ensuring seamless end-to-end arrangements.

You will coordinate flights, hotels, car rentals, and ticketing in GDS, handle disruptions and escalations, and ensure compliance with client policies while delivering exceptional service. Onsite work and flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate travel, supporting VIP or executive travelers.
• Experience handling travel arrangements for senior executives (CEO, CFO, COO) or other C-level leaders.
• Proficient in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) including ticketing, reissues, refunds, hotel bookings, and car reservations.
• Ability to manage travel disruptions, urgent requests, and customer escalations; strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end travel support for VIP and executive corporate travelers.
• Book and manage domestic and international flights, hotels, and car rentals.
• Process ticketing, exchanges, reissues, cancellations, and refunds using GDS.
• Handle urgent travel requests, disruptions, and complex escalation cases with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure travel arrangements comply with client policies and service standards.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to deliver seamless travel experiences.
• Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.
