Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a proactive Social Media VA to run two brands—a consumer product line expanding into social commerce and a local B2B LinkedIn outreach initiative written in the founder's voice.

You'll create video-first content, launch shop-based sales channels, and actively generate local business leads. The ideal candidate is strategic, self-starting, and comfortable working with faith-informed business messaging.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B lead research and filtering.
• Excellent written English with the ability to ghostwrite convincingly in another person's voice.
• Familiarity with American non-denominational Christian communication and the ability to write about faith in business without sounding preachy or divisive.
• Strategic, proactive mindset with the ability to generate leads and ideas independently.
• Conscientious about accuracy, consistent in delivery, and effective with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok that drives real engagement.
• Support the launch and growth of TikTok Shop and Facebook Shop with content built to drive product sales.
• Produce video-first content such as product demonstrations, close-up visuals, and user-generated-style clips.
• Write captions that deliver clean, transparent product messaging with a focus on quality and sourcing.
• Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, connection requests, and messages in the founder's voice, applying faith-informed leadership themes.
• Research and filter local business owners and executives using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Run personalized outreach, handle replies, and move conversations toward meetings.
• Propose new ideas, campaigns, and lead sources proactively, without waiting for direction.
• Track content and outreach performance and share insights and recommendations.
