Tavor Perry is a well-established jewelry brand seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Video Content VA to lead the digital marketing’s creative side. The role encompasses email campaigns, social media ad creatives, short-form video editing, and utilization of a professionally shot seasonal image library.

The candidate should bring independent initiative and strong creative instincts, shaping campaigns rather than following directions.

Qualifications

Proven experience creating content and ad creatives for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok).
Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platform.
Strong video editing skills for short-form promotional content.
Proficiency in Photoshop or similar image editing tools.
Creative eye with ability to generate and pitch original ideas.

Responsibilities

Create and schedule Mailchimp campaigns, planning up to a month ahead.
Design social ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest using seasonal imagery.
Produce engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok) and edit promotional videos.
Review performance data and prepare reports with recommendations.
Pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas proactively.
Retouch and optimize images for campaigns and web use.
