Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a proactive Social Media & Video Content VA to manage email marketing campaigns, craft social ad creatives, and produce short-form video content from a seasonal image library. The role calls for strong creative instincts and the ability to own ideas from concept through execution.

You will collaborate with the creative director, retouch imagery, and help track campaign performance to inform future content and strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven content + ad creative experience for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok.
• Hands-on Mailchimp or similar email marketing tool experience.
• Strong video editing skills for short-form and promotional content.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or similar image editing tool.
• Creative thinker who can generate and pitch ideas independently.
• Calm, composed, reliable and able to work with limited direction.
• Strong communication and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule at least two Mailchimp campaigns per week, planning campaigns up to a month ahead.
• Design social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest from our seasonal image library.
• Produce engaging short-form content including Reels and TikTok videos.
• Edit promotional videos and product clips for website and socials.
• Review ad/campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Pitch creative concepts, campaign themes and content ideas.
• Retouch, crop and optimize images for campaigns and web use.
• Collaborate with the creative director for direction, feedback and final approval.
