Pntc is seeking a Vice President for Finance in Metro Manila to lead the Finance Department and manage all financial operations. The successful candidate will assume leadership, allocate resources, generate financial reports, and ensure compliance with government regulations. A Master’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration, at least 5 years' experience in an educational institution, and preferably CPA certification are required. Interested applicants should possess strong computer skills, especially in MS Office applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

Recommend policies, projects, programs, standards, and activities to the President.

Seek profitable financial investments.

Direct financing strategies, analyses, forecasting and budget management.
Direct all aspects of accounting operations such as receivables, payables, payroll, and financial reporting.
Represent the company in all dealings with offices, agencies and instrumentalities of the government and with all persons and entities, both public and private, domestic or foreign.
As Vice-President:
Develop, plan, implement, monitor, analyze, evaluate, and oversee policies, procedures, goals, standards, projects, programs, and activities of the department or office in order to comply with customer’s needs and management policies, as well as CHED, DepEd, MARINA, and other government regulations.
Recommend or approve forms as authorized under the Authorization System.
Prepare and manage the annual budget for the department or office.
As Supervisor:
Assign, supervise, coordinate, and review the daily work of personnel.
Train staff and evaluate performance.
Conduct regular meetings and communicate updates on various matters.
Recommend and approve forms as authorized under the Authorization System.
Oversee the proper use, maintenance, control and safekeeping of property and equipment and report damages thereto.
