Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure submission of required daily reportorial requirements to MARINA.
Supervise the daily operations of the Training Registrar Office including enrollment, documentation, and releasing procedures.
Ensure that all personnel in the Training Registrar’s Office properly perform their functions.
Ensure that the Training Registration Officers properly performs their functions on matters relating to the trainee’s registration record and scheduling.
Ensure that training certificates are protected and released in accordance with proper procedures.
Ensure that the Documentation and Reporting Officers submits the required daily reportorial requirements to MARINA.
Review and approve all documents in processing the changes of certificates and matters relating to re-scheduling, cancellation of course, and replacement of certificates.
Coordinate with the Training Office for trainee’s attendance records, grades, TCROA, etc.
Coordinate with the Client Relations Office for client concerns and answer client queries on enrollment procedures, training schedules, fees, TCROA, etc.
As Supervisor
Assign, supervise, coordinate, and review the daily work of personnel.
Train staff and evaluate performance.
Conduct regular meetings and communicate updates on various matters.
Recommend and approve forms as authorized under the Authorization System.
Oversee the proper use, maintenance, control and safekeeping of property and equipment and report damages thereto.
