• Ensure lead reporting is consistent and accurate; notes are clear and concise.
• Participate in dispute process as directed by management.
• Note missing requirements in internal case notes if any documents are missing.
• Ensure processes meet applicable Federal guidelines and requirements.
• Review work produced by vendors and support teams for accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and reliable attendance.
• Proactively address inventory levels daily through coordination with leadership.

The Verification Specialist will focus on adjudicating cases based on knowledge of client specifications and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) guidelines by applying thorough, analytical measures to ensuring leads are closed in accordance with the organizational service levels.
