Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and release leads to clients using knowledge of FCRA, client matrices, and Cisive policy.
• Review disclosures and apply advanced FCRA knowledge.
• Ensure lead reporting is consistent and accurate; notes are clear and concise.
• Participate in dispute process as directed by management.
• Note missing requirements in internal case notes if any documents are missing.
• Ensure processes meet applicable Federal guidelines and requirements.
• Review work produced by vendors and support teams for accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and reliable attendance.
• Proactively address inventory levels daily through coordination with leadership.
