Salary: ₱55,000 – ₱65,000 per month
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 8am-5pm / 830am-530pm EST
Setup: Hybrid – 2x/week onsite for the first month, then 1x/month; equipment provided
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and bilingual Client Care Coordinator to support a U.S.-based client. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, verifying insurance coverage and eligibility, scheduling appointments, and managing routine administrative tasks - all with the goal of delivering a seamless and positive experience for every patient.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as you will be communicating with a diverse group of patients and stakeholders in both languages.
Answer incoming patient calls in both English and Spanish, ensuring accurate message documentation and timely communication with the appropriate parties
Schedule appointments for both new and existing patients to ensure efficient calendar management
Conduct patient intake for new patients by verifying information to maintain accurate and complete records
Make outbound calls to prospective and current patients to arrange appointments and confirm schedules
Update and maintain patient schedules and history in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to support seamless appointment tracking
Communicate patient messages effectively via email to doctors’ offices to ensure prompt follow-up
Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages
Relevant experience in Customer Service, Pre-Authorization, Medical Reception in a BPO setting
Working knowledge about US-based insurance pre-authorization, verification, health claims, and eligibility claims
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a local and foreign team
Sales experience in a BPO setting is advantageous but not required
Experience with EMR Systems is a plus but not required
Licensure or experience with Physical Therapy, Sports Rehab, Hospital Administration, etc., is a plus but not required
