Job summary

Unity Communications is seeking a Portal Support Representative to keep vendor profiles accurate and up-to-date within client portals. You will gather vendor data, schedule annual review calls, and implement portal updates with approvals. Strong written English, CRM/portal experience, and attention to detail are essential.

The role emphasizes independent work, learning new telecom/cloud concepts, and communicating with US-based executives and vendors. Hybrid work setup in Pasay City is offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong professional communication skills.
• Comfortable conducting calls with U.S.-based business executives and vendor representatives.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience with websites, portals, CRM systems, or content management systems.
• Ability to learn new technology products quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document conversations accurately.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Experience in telecommunications, IT, cloud, SaaS, managed services, or technology.
• Experience working with channel partners, technology vendors, distributors, or resellers.
• Familiarity with UCaaS, CCaaS, connectivity, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies.
• Experience managing a large volume of vendor accounts.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain vendor profiles in the client portal, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate internally to gather vendor information, documents, pricing, brochures, and sales resources.
• Schedule and conduct annual portal review calls with vendors.
• Update portal pages based on review data and obtain approvals for significant changes.
• Build knowledge of telecom, UCaaS, CCaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, SD-WAN, and mobility solutions.
• Take accurate notes during vendor calls and translate discussions into portal updates.
• Review portal content for outdated or conflicting information and correct terminology.
• Process vendor-requested changes between reviews and track progress.
• Maintain a tracking system for vendor contacts, dates and changes.
• Escalate questions to the appropriate internal teams instead of guessing.
• Provide regular reports on vendors reviewed, pages updated, and upcoming reviews.
