Job summary

Unity Communications is hiring a Portal Support Representative in the Philippines for a hybrid setup. You will create and maintain vendor profiles, gather and verify information, and conduct annual review calls to ensure data accuracy.

The role requires excellent English, strong organization, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams on telecom, cloud, UCaaS, and related topics. Experience with portals/CRM is a plus.

Qualifications

Excellent written and spoken English with strong professional communication skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Experience with websites, portals, CRM systems, or content management systems.
Ability to learn new technology products quickly.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain vendor profiles in the client portal with complete and accurate data.
Coordinate internally to gather vendor information, documents, pricing, brochures, and resources.
Schedule and conduct annual portal review calls with vendors; update pages after approval.
Track updates and maintain a system of vendor contacts and review dates.
Escalate questions to internal teams; provide regular reports on reviews and updates.
