You will design vendor models, monitor volume trends, conduct cost benchmarking, and coordinate with procurement. The job involves daily operations support, contract reviews, and data analysis to drive efficiency across all sites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vendor performance across manpower vendors and ensure SLA adherence.
• Design vendor models balancing cost, flexibility and workforce commitment.
• Assess volume trends and adjust fulfillment strategy accordingly.
• Lead cost benchmarking, vendor bidding and cost negotiation.
• Plan manpower fulfillment during peak campaigns and ensure headcount readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors on shift-based incentive schemes and readiness.
• Support day-to-day operations: workforce allocation, attendance tracking, vendor reporting, invoice support.
• Monitor vendor compliance, quality and productivity; adjust as needed.
• Review and manage vendor contracts and renewal planning.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
