Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations and ensure smooth, ends-to-end fulfillment. You will optimize manpower, plan resources, and liaise with HQ for expansion and procurement.

You will lead a team through peak volumes, maintain accurate records, prevent stock-outs, and coordinate equipment maintenance while reporting insights to support planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 5+ years in warehouse operations or supply chain
• Supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of warehouse resource management
• Experience with manpower agency coordination and procurement workflows
• Analytical and able to track performance vs. targets
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel; WMS/ERP is a plus
• Detail-oriented with good record-keeping
• Effective communicator with HQ and onsite teams
• High ownership for data accuracy and continuity

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall warehouse operations
• Define and optimize manpower requirements based on volume and needs
• Plan workforce, consumables, and equipment per forecasts and budgets
• Submit timely manpower, overtime, and procurement requests
• Monitor attendance, headcount, productivity, inventory, asset utilization
• Maintain accurate manpower, inventory, asset, and operational records
• Ensure consumable availability and prevent stock-outs
• Coordinate equipment procurement, maintenance, and replacement
• Act as Warehouse Manager during absences to ensure continuity
• Serve as onsite contact for manpower, procurement, IT, and expansion
• Escalate issues and provide reports to support planning and decision-making
