Job summary

Elsevier Manila is seeking a Vendor Master Administrator to deliver accurate and timely supplier master data updates that meet or exceed key objectives and service levels. The role supports the Supplier Records function, maintaining data integrity across the vendor base, driving right-first-time data quality, and enabling smooth Procure-to-Pay activities.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers, resolve master data issues, and contribute to continuous process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Supplier Master Data, P2P, Shared Services, or Finance Operations.
• Experience in medium to large multinational organizations is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; familiarity with financial platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Master Data Management — setup new suppliers and maintenance of records, ensuring completeness and compliance with standards.
• Data Collection and Analysis — review supplier information to ensure integrity and accuracy of master data records.
• Accounts Payable Compliance — adhere to P2P processes, internal controls, and SOX requirements.
• Financial Policies — apply supplier governance procedures and operational guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Relationship Management — collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve data issues and inquiries.
• Process Improvement — identify opportunities to enhance supplier data management and data quality within P2P.
