Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Procurement and Vendor Management Specialist to lead vendor onboarding, record management, and day-to-day procurement operations. The role focuses on onboarding new vendors, maintaining vendor data, and resolving issues across NetSuite and Coupa, reporting to the VP of Procurement.

You will collaborate with Accounting and internal stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely onboarding while enabling efficient P2P processes and system integrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Coupa and NetSuite and understanding of how supplier/vendor records flow between systems.
• Experience with supplier onboarding and supplier record maintenance.
• Familiar with CSP and SIM and troubleshooting system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding and vendor record management in NetSuite and Coupa.
• Support day-to-day procurement operations and P2P processes in Coupa.
• Troubleshoot onboarding and integration issues between NetSuite and Coupa and collaborate with stakeholders.
