Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Vendor Management Analyst to support the Accounts Payable team by maintaining vendor master data, validating onboarding documents, and ensuring timely processing of requests. You will safeguard data integrity across financial systems and support onboarding, compliance, and month-end tasks.

You will work with Coupa and Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to internal controls, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Accounts Payable, Vendor Master Data, Finance Ops, or similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Willing to work US Pacific Time (night shift).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain vendor master records in Coupa, Salesforce, and related systems.
• Validate vendor onboarding documents including tax forms and banking details.
• Process vendor master data changes (addresses, payment terms, bank details, deactivations).
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies and controls.
• Handle vendor requests within SLAs and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Identify duplicates and perform data cleansing to maintain quality.
• Assist month-end activities related to vendor master maintenance and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve vendor management processes.

Your Role

As a Vendor Management Analyst, you will support the Accounts Payable team by maintaining accurate vendor master records, validating vendor information, and ensuring timely processing of vendor requests. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity across financial systems while supporting vendor onboarding, compliance, and month-end activities.

Specifically, You Will

• Create, update, and maintain vendor master records in Coupa, Salesforce, and related systems.


• Validate vendor onboarding documents, including tax forms, banking details, and compliance documentation.


• Process vendor master data changes such as address updates, payment terms, bank account modifications, and vendor deactivations.


• Ensure vendor data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and internal controls.


• Process vendor requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


• Identify duplicate vendor records and perform data cleansing activities to maintain master data quality.


• Assist with month-end activities related to vendor master maintenance and reporting.


• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and support the resolution of vendor-related issues.


• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive financial and vendor information.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve vendor management processes and data quality.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Vendor Master Data, Finance Operations, or a similar role.


• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently.


• Comfortable communicating directly with management, vendors, and internal stakeholders in English.


• Willingness to work US Pacific Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT, subject to DST adjustments).


• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis.


• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing sensitive financial information.


• Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience using Coupa, Salesforce, Concur, or similar Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and ERP systems.


• Experience with vendor onboarding, vendor master maintenance, and financial data management.


• Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, internal controls, and compliance requirements.


• Experience performing data cleansing, duplicate record management, and master data governance.


• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to resolve vendor inquiries professionally.


• Experience working in a shared services, multinational, or global finance environment.
