Zohorecruit is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator in the Philippines. The role reports to the AP Manager and supports Global Order Ops and Finance, focusing on resolving holds between POs and supplier invoices.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in vendor invoice processing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers. This is an on-site role based in the Philippines.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of progressive experience in vendor invoice processing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or related field.
• Oracle knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the business.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate matching to Purchase Orders.
• Resolve AP invoice failures and discrepancies with suppliers.
• Monitor AP aging and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with buyers, warehouse, and suppliers to clear holds.
• Reconcile supplier statements and ensure timely credits and communications.
