Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, logistics coordination, freight or auto transport dispatch, brokerage, or relocation services.
• Working knowledge of the automobile hauling market: open versus enclosed transport, broker/carrier dynamics, operating authority and insurance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a clear, neutral, professional telephone manner suitable for direct contact with U.S. corporate clients and transferees.
• Meticulous record-keeping habits and genuine attention to documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Order intake and manage transferee communications.
• Introductory calls; explain process and timelines.
• Set realistic pickup and delivery windows.
• Provide proactive status updates and escalate delays.
• Resolve issues with carriers, transferees, and accounts.
• Post-delivery follow-through and satisfaction reporting.
• Sourcing, onboarding, and management of carrier network.
• Negotiate rates and plan capacity.
• Maintain carrier scorecards and compliance.
• Dispatch, documentation, and billing support.
• Process documentation and cross-functional coordination.
